100 Days of Real Food Challenge.


The Leake family (mom, dad, 6 & 3 year old) has decided to try to be processed food free for 100 days and challenges us to try to do an abridged version of the same. Their blog is pretty comprehensive (and linked above) including a “Food Rules” tab, recipes, health benefits, tips for helping children adapt, and an on-going conversation about why this is so important and do-able, as well a ton more. Certainly worth checking out, or if you’re like me, obsessing over.
